Simple Fast Money (operated by Atlantic Finance Corporation, d/b/a Simple Fast Money) sends SMS text messages to customers who have opted in. The program is designed to deliver account notifications, loan status updates, payment reminders, fraud and security alerts, customer-service responses, and similar transactional communications related to your loan or application.
You opt in by checking the SMS-consent box on our loan application, by responding affirmatively to a confirmation SMS we send, or by otherwise providing your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from us. Consent to receive marketing or non-transactional text messages is not a condition of obtaining credit.
Message frequency will vary based on your account activity and your preferences. You may receive messages for events such as application updates, approval status, funding confirmations, scheduled-payment reminders, missed-payment notices, and customer-service replies. Marketing messages, when sent, will be infrequent.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please consult your mobile service plan for details. Simple Fast Money does not charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages from us.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation SMS to acknowledge that you have been unsubscribed. After this you will no longer receive SMS messages from us related to the program from which you opted out. If you opt out, you may still receive transactional messages required by law or for the servicing of your loan, and we may continue to contact you by phone or email as permitted by applicable law and your loan agreement.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, reply HELP to any of our messages. After you send HELP we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to opt out. Our SMS service is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and certain mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Subscriber text messaging originator opt-in data and consent details will not be shared with any third parties except when explicitly authorized by the subscriber. For more information about how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information, please see our Privacy Notice.
We may change these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website with a new effective date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
